If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within seven days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and provide guidance regarding return or exchange eligibility.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom-made kilts, customized apparel, and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Kilt Craft.

Approved exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Kilt Craft.
